Friendly customer service. However I’ve been several times ant the Lyndhurst location and usually order the same drink. It always tastes different each time. I went a couple weeks ago and my points were never added so the next time I went I informed a worker and was told there’s nothing they could do. Wasn’t really a big deal. I would however like my drinks to taste the same if ordering the same drink.
This place is really great. I actually love coming here. My issue with this location is that there is always new faces (which i have no issue with) and every new face I run into the same problem. They dont know the difference between certain drinks. For instance, on multiple occasions I've asked for a lemonade freeze and have gotten a chiller instead. I dont have a problem with new people not knowing but I do have an issue with spending my money at a place that refuses to even ask someone else who works there what it is. I'v... read more
I come here everyday and my coffee is always $5.85 today it went up from just yesterday and the employee couldn’t explain the reason 🤦🏽♀️
My mother had already made a review for my experience today but I feel the need to come on here and speak for myself. Today I went to 7brew to buy my mother and I coffee. First off they had gotten the order incorrect which is fine mistakes happen. When given the correct coffee the worker handing it to me was holding the top of the lid and it had snapped off spilling it on my whole hand and down the sleeve of my hoodie onto my car. I absolutely love the coffee here. Today was a different day. My daughter was so kind to go get me a coffee and the person that helped her got the order incorrect and once fixed spilled the hot coffee on her, the car and the ground. He then proceeded to ask her if she would just take that one since there was still a lot left in the cup. So disrespectful and unprofessional, not sure if I will be back.
