Giving 2 stars on the sole fact that I did a mobile order and waited 2.5x longer than if I did drive thru. Please figure out a better system for mobile ordering if it’s to be offered… at this time Starbucks has to be my option if I’m on a time crunch or need to get somewhere on time. The staff is nice and coffee is great but this was ridiculous wait time.
I visited 7 Brew 2 times and unfortunately both visits have been a pretty disappointing experience. The girl who took my order was very nice, but the rest of the interaction left a lot to be desired. My drink was made incorrectly, so I let them know and asked if they could fix it. Instead of remaking the drink, they literally just put some syrup in a cup and handed it to me. Ordered and was told they wouldn’t make my “mumbo jumbo drink” by a younger employee. Didn’t know there were rules on how to order my coffee that I am paying for. Felt extremely embarrassed by the staff, don’t think I’ll ever be returning.
Disgustingly rude.
