First time trying, visiting from CA ! The coffee was pretty decent, I wish it was a little stronger for my liking. The coffee shop kind of gave me Dutch Bros vibes 😬 Two things I believe could improve is access to order walk-up instead of drive-thru. The path to walk up was very messy and clutter all over, someone could easily trip and fall. The service could improve as well. But overall not bad, I think I would give them one more try and hope for better 🙂
7 Brew Coffee is my coffee place in Cheyenne. The entire staff always is friendly and are not cold or stuck up like other places like Starbucks. 9 times out of 10 they are really quick. Special shout out to Aliyah and Nicole. They are especially awesome. I go to 7 Brew A LOT . (I'm the tall, in shape guy who walks very vigorously)
Service has severely gone downhill in the past few months. I'm not sure if they are short on employees, have lazy employees, inadequate hardware or a combination of issues. You're a double drive thru yet we've had to wait over 5 minutes just to have our order taken.. And you were not busy. Some of your employees have gotten extremely rude...I understand, up to a point, since they're out there in the elements and people aren't exactly friendly nowadays but when you ask about a certain drink, it is YOUR job to answer questions... read more
