Just had a HORRIBLE customer service experience. The young lady who took my order did AMAZING. I believe she might have been a manager. The young lady who was taking the money had an attitude. I gave her correct change and she told me they didn’t take pennies. I gave her the CORRECT change. To my knowledge pennies are still in circulation . They still have a value. This place is my anytime of day stop. Great drinks, especially anything coffee... my current favorite is basically dessert but I'm obsessed, try the Brunette Mocha iced... . All the baristas/car hops/staff are amazing, super friendly. Take a little break & grab a drink.

I mean I love coffee, so you know I had to go. But seriously as far as customer service goes, they are great. Smiles and hellos from everyone. They seem like they like their job. The person who checked me in was super helpful on helping me decide on something new to try. And best of all, you just stay in your car and drive through! You can't go wrong stopping here!
