I typically really love 7 Brew however have had a few poor experiences that I felt I needed to share. We went there twice within a week, and the first time my sister ordered a decaf, and I ordered sugar free. Both were requested due to health conditions. When we got our order, none of our coffees were labeled and they were unable to tell us which was which so unfortunately, they all went to waste. Ordered 3 iced drinks, 2 candy canes and a Santa's cookie. The music was so loud the poor guy working apologized but still had to have us repeat our order 3 times. We got what tasted like regular coffee with cream and sugar. Not good at all.
I love this place I come here pretty much every day and am always greeted with a smile. All the workers are so friendly and kind! Prices are great too and they always recommend fun new drinks when I want to switch it up.
