THE BEST! workers are always so friendly and my coffee is PREFECT every time!
7Brew is always good! However, my service today was not as friendly as it normally is. I was asked what kind of milk I wanted in my hot coffee, and the approach was like...."you said you wanted milk, what kind"? The correct approach should have been something like, "what kind of milk would you like in your coffee today"? Stay consistent with your customer service, it goes a long way!
Vivi & Delina gave me amazing service!!! They were so so sweet, I couldn’t get my drink right and they fixed it right away. They went above and beyond!!!! I will be coming back!
