I wanted to highlight an exceptional employee I encountered today before my overnight shift on 12/5. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition. Despite standing outside in the freezing cold temperatures, she greeted me with genuine kindness and a bright, uplifting spirit. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and made my day. Super friendly people! I like getting the milkshakes!
I prefer this one over vestal yes it stinks because you have to go in the Lowe’s parking lot but the service is always great, minimal wait time even when it’s super busy and friendly staff.
Love there coffee and there smoothies are top notch!
The only thing i hate about this location is you can only get to it by going through the lowes parking lots they blocked off there other enterance which is wild to me
