While wiping off the bottom of this black cold brew today, we noticed there was some old dried milk or something IN the bottom of the cup. The drinks are usually good but ALWAYS SO MESSY. There is stuff pouring off the sides of the drinks and I've noticed staff trying to wipe the drinks and their hands with kitchen rags before taking the drinks out to people. I know employees are in a rush but I'd much rather them take an extra minute to wipe down their prep surfaces and hands so I don't have to clean out my cup holders and ... read more
The drinks are usually good but ALWAYS so MESSY. Stuff pouring off the sides of the drinks and I've noticed staff trying to wipe them with kitchen rags (which are for cleaning surfaces) before taking them out to people before. I know employees are in a rush but I'd much rather them take an extra minute to wipe down their prep surfaces and hands once in a while so I don't have to clean out my cup holders and use Shout for coffee stains on my pants every time I visit.
