I started visiting about once a week on Sunday afternoons. The coffee is great but every single time that I have visited, I get staff taking my order, that are grumpy and seem like they don’t want to be there. I see that a lot of reviews talk about great customer service and am yet to have a good experience

Got treated poorly
Didn't like to coffee I ordered. It came out water diluted. Staff didn't know the menu. It's nice to have a dive through, but hard to know what to order.
