Always fast service and friendly workers
09/14/26 The female making drinks inside, with a braided pony tail, blue shirt & sun glasses made a loud comment saying “Can we stop hiring autistic people?” , dare I even go into detail about what’s wrong with that comment?!? Absolutely DISGUSTING comment! Not to mention all the people around her laughing… disgusting! I was in the outside line therefore I can even imagine who else heard that comment. DO BETTER 7 BREW!
Worst 7 brew location in the Cuyahoga county area.
I have been a regular customer for months, but the service has gone downhill recently. New staff members seem poorly trained, and the wait times have skyrocketed. This morning, with only two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, it took 15 minutes just to get a coffee. Inside, I watched two employees—including a manager—eating Chick-fil-A and chatting instead of helping clear the line. The previous crew was much faster and friendlier. The current management needs to focus on efficiency and customer service.
I’ve been going to this place for months. They used to be a lot faster I stopped at this place this morning. It was two cars in front of me took at least 15 minutes to get my coffee. inside was couple employees two of them was basically talking.
