I come to this location for a while now, and the las 3 times in the last 2 weeks has been very slow, like 20 minutes waiting in line for a coffee with several cars, it used to be fast, not now. Coffee is good but services is so slow. I might just go to another location.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes in the front of the line and there's like 15 people in there and I just think it's crazy then we're having to wait 20 minutes. I'm at the one on Preston highway by the mall. I've already ordered just been chilling watching them talk. Two guys are making the drinks and there's two girls handing out the drinks 6-7 of the girls in the back talking . This is the first time I've ever had to wait this long

55 MINUTES I WAS IN LINE FOR. DID SOME ORDER WELL DONE STEAK?? I was in the far right lane watch as cars just go by that were after me. Then tip tip tip tip tip tip. Can you tip?

I have been coming to this location for a while. Service has slowed from lack of communication. The workers only speak to who has a card so they can get a tip. 20 minutes at this location for coffee that taste stale, poor customer experience and employees who have no respect for other humans. Never again
