So, I’m a type 1 diabetic, and I get a chiller 1/4 sweet literally everyday. Now, the Wentzville location messes it up everytime. So I started coming to this one. And for a while they had it down, it was great. When I say everyday I mean every day. For some reason out of the blue, I’m not sure if they just got tired of me coming by once a morning or it’s because my car is loud (built)which is an assumption, but it’s been wrong everytime but once this whole week. I usually enjoy 7 brew but last time I went through a was laughed at by an employee who was starring at me. Very rude and made me not want to go back. Crappy experience.
Keep getting double charged, was told today they would refund me but instead I received yet another charge on my account today. I didnt not give them my card, they say its not saved yet they can refund it and double charge it without seeing it? There is no number to contact the location, Noone answers the headquarters phone so there's no way to dispute. Its been over a week with no response from here or the "headquarters " where no one answers the phone. One of the repeated charges continously is from Springfield Mo
Honestly ENJOY pulling up to all the smiling faces! Its the coffee shop you go to when you don't actually like coffee flavored drinks. ;)
