Fast and friendly service! I love how my orders are tracked so I can place the order quickly. The iPad ordering system is ideal for this experience. The employees use it as it’s intended and makes the ordering process easy and efficient.
I love coming to this 7brew. The workers are great and the coffee is always amazing. However, they have a constant problem with giving out the coffee with the lids not secure. Sometimes the lids don’t even properly fit the cup. On multiple occasions the lid has fallen off and my entire drink has spilled in my car. Is has gotten to the point of deterring me from returning to my favorite coffee spot. Please fix the lids in the hot coffee cups. It’s not safe and it’s a liability.
We love 7 Brew but the last several iced coffees from the Lake St Louis location were very weak on the flavoring. I know this is accurate because I got the same drink in the same day from the Mid-Rivers location and the flavor was so much stronger. I hope they do better because they are so convenient. Last time it was the Cinnamon Roll Iced Latte and this time it was the Banana Bread Iced Latte.
