Best coffee shop around. The employees are bar the far the most personable. Such a cool vibe.
You process should not trump customer service. First in, especially when there is NO LINE, should count for something. I'm not even complaining about how the staff were taking a break and the one actually working was flirting with the car full of girls. Manager on duty needs some customer service classes as well. Would have been really nice to deescalate with the offer of a free drink or something.
