Seems the same drinks never taste the same. Either too strong or not enough flavor. I think it isn't stressed on how they make it. Maybe some go to fast and don't push the flavor pump down all the way? It gets frustrating over half the time I go through and ask for veterans discount the person takes my order says they don't do it. I tell them yes thry do. Honestly looking for somewhere else to get my morning coffee because some days they're really great but other days they can't stop playing and they screw up the order when you're at work you shouldn't be goofing around playing and throwing things you should be focused on your job
Love 7 brew. Best coffee ever. Sometimes I wonder if some of the help missed going to 7 brew university , the way they talk to customers. While others are very polite, helpful, they just make you wanna come back. Thank you to those who do a wonderful job. We appreciate you.
Rude customer service. Didn’t know they got paid to be disrespectful. Half the time they can’t even make the drinks correct.
