Went to 3 different locations in Lafayette, IN and none of them could issue me a gift card. The whole chain has lost my business. There are plenty of other coffee shops in Lafayette to give my money.
Just got a cappuccino, it was full of sugar and half way full. The matcha was slightly greenish milk drink and the refresher was too sugary to drink. We are very surprised how they can jack up the full order. Nobody drank anything, it is in the trash in two minutes. The worst coffee experience.
Went to 7 brew for the first time without my girlfriend and it was the best coffee I have ever had!!!
Cold brew was all ice Girl taking orders in line giggling with friends. Truck next in line left but her response was "He ll be back, he's here every day." Went to booth to further talk to friends when they got up to it. Gave us pupcup, asked if we had not gotten our drinks (she was only one we talked to). Finally got our drinks after 25 minutes from arrivaal arrival. Cold one was all ice. We also are at one by mall or one on Veterans every day. Worse service ever!!.
