Updated the reward system no warning that I found. Lost my drink order that was super custom that a 7brew employee showed me years ago. Came today and now I cant get 7brew anymore :( its a new reward system and my history is gone and they cant find my order and I dont know how to order it. So annoying!
I like Seven Brew and usually enjoy the drinks, but the drive-through experience today was extremely frustrating. The two-lane drive-through merges into a single exit, which became a major problem when one car at the window took roughly 15 minutes to complete their order. Every other car behind them had already received their drinks but was forced to sit and wait because no one could leave until that single car pulled away. 7 brew is a good place to get coffee drinks because they carry a lot off sugar free stuff.
7 brew is my go to place for my coffee, tea, lemonade and flavored water. The muffin tops are awesome as well.
We pulled up to the drive through and a worker came up and was super rude to us, wouldn’t even make eye contact and used one of my free drinks when I never asked her to, and when we said smalls she charged us for mediums and gave us smalls. Horrible service. Drinks were mid.
