The servers are super friendly and always willing to explain things to us non coffee snobs.

Went to this location on my lunch break today and waited 15-20 minutes just for them to tell me at the front that they didn't have my 2 drink order in the system. I never mind waiting for a good coffee but not if I'm wasting my time when the order wasn't being made in the first place. Wish that I could say that I'll be back, but I definitely won't be.
I went for a nice late night drink, and unfortunately the worker who was taking orders was too occupied chatting it up for like 10 minutes with the customer, just touching on the customer keeping a line forming. We were only attended once another associate who was inside noticed we had been waiting. The worker then bragged to others stating he shared his entire schedule with the customer.horrible customer service, round lake is better!!!
