I think it's highway robbery when you order a iced coffee and tell them that you don't want no ice in it. Because they charge me more for the large iced coffee because I had no ice in it. So it's considered false advertisement because it doesn't say on your sign that if you have no ice in your cup we're going to charge you more for it. So I let you charge me more if I ask for ice in my hot cup of coffee. I just think it's pure bullshit and false advertisement
i recommend people to go to brookfield, mt pleasant, or delavan. nicer workers and actually give you the correct drink!
Worst 7 brew I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know where to start I’ve never had a worse experience. For a little background this is exactly what I ordered word for word: A medium iced WHITE chocolate mocha with brown sugar syrup and cold foam on top. This is what I received: a drink with 2 drops of cold foam(I wish I was exaggerating) and when I took the first sip, it tasted like I poured sugar packets on my tongue. We stopped for hot cocoas before looking at Christmas lights (my husband and 3yr old and me) and the woman (I'm guessing was a manager or something) she had darker skin and red super curly short hair and freckles(it's nov. 30th at 7:30) was very rude to us. We waited in line for probably a good 15 minutes just to pull up and be asked if we had cash which we didn't and the lady who helped us handed us our drinks and we asked for ice to put in our toddlers hot cocoa so it wasn't too hot.
