Drinks are always good, service could be faster. I tends to always sit for 15-20 mins at minimal no matter how many cars are in line. Some of the staff is very sweet, some of the staff is not. Depends on the day on the experience.
Please make sure your staff are more accurate with taking orders (or repeat it back to make sure!). A lot of new people and even after asking at the window if my drink was entered as sugar free because the person taking the order seemed to not know where the keys were to enter, they told me yes. Next day when I checked my account…nope-it was not entered correctly and not sugar free.
Amazing place for great coffee
I’m growing increasingly tired of watching the teens spend a tremendous amount of time talking to the other teens in the car in front of me. But tonight was the worst. Based on the conversations I was hearing, the person in front of me must also work there because it was all about scheduling, etc. I go because I work 3rd shift and it’s convenient. The drinks are always great, the review has nothing to do with that. my boyfriend and I went here and there seem to be no line, there was one car in front of us. However, we waited just about 10 minutes to order our drinks because there was about five employees talking to this one car. I understand it’s exciting to see your friends in line, but Making other customers wait because you wanna chitchat with your friends when there’s no cars in front of them is kind of crazy.
