7brew has literally gone from sugar to _h_t in a matter of weeks...customer service today at 5 pm was so awful...if you work in front facing customer service there are expectations and you guys failed on all levels...from the order taking, having to repeat over 3 times... the cups not wiped and covered in sticky sauce...the lack of flavor in the drinks so weak the lack of color was a dead give away...some further training for the 5 pm crew would be highly recommended.
