The customer service was very poor. We live 7Brew and the customer service at other locations in Florida is stellar. One employee was leaning in the car of someone, hugging. She did not bother to come and take our order. The other line employee ignored us as well and continued talking to the customers in her line. We ended up having to back up after a 5-7 minute wait with no acknowledgment of any employee. Disappointing.
Great coffee
Sam is the best. She always has a smile and makes you feel welcomed.
