This store needs to get their act together. I went there about noon today. I waited 20 minutes in the 2nd line, while everyone else was getting waited on. I asked why is this line so slow, the young man said, maybe because I was in the 2nd lane. I'm like what! Preston is not like this. I had to walk up and get my own coffee that was sitting there waiting for me, while he was taking orders behind me. So you wanna wait a long time, go to this location. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!
