The business plan was not being followed today. I got my coffee before noon. Not one person came out to the car to take anyone's order. It should not take twenty minutes for an iced coffee with less than six cars ahead of me. Completely unacceptable considering how much they make in tips and hourly wages. The business plan is for everything to move quickly and that was not the case today.Very disappointed.
Cleaning the blending machine at 7:30 during the rush is a choice. Something is not working with your flow. Waited in line for 17 minutes this morning and I know people behind me waited even longer.
Amazing coffee and other drinks, cheaper than Starbucks and faster too!
Waited 45min. In line! Was stuck no way out. Had no idea it would take this long for iced coffee.
Been in line 15 minutes now and still waiting to give my order. Very slow.
