I had a very disappointing experience at the Seven Brew location in Waxahachie, Texas, involving an employee named Jaden. I am a loyal Seven Brew customer, and this is the only location I go to. I regularly drive over 30 minutes just to visit because I normally love the drinks and service. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed that. I love 7 brew i go everytime i see one. I always get the same thing, ive been to this location twice now. This will be the last time, the line is always insane, and it feels like they forgot to actually add coffee to my coffee. Im paying 18$ for 2 large coffees with extra shots. I cannot even taste the coffee. It litterally looks like a cup of iced milk! Im so beyond disappointed.
