I don’t usually rate one star. However, I used to get 7Brew everyday, but recently, especially today I was in line first but nobody came to take my order until somebody came in after me and they were taken care of. Today was the 3rd time it happened, I waited for nothing. Why would the employees not take my order while just standing there talking? I always tip too. One employee also stressed me out about a survey I never got and complained to me. Getting a small cup of coffee shouldn’t be this hard.

Garrett was very sweet and helped me out tremendously!! Came later in the night and felt horrible for having them make a complicated drink but made me feel like it was not a problem at all!
Garret, was very kind and extremely polite. I love visiting this location. Always so friendly!
Garrett is the most outstanding young man and took very good care of me! Definitely recommend 7 brew waxahachie and their staff!
