My 2nd time at this place and my order was wrong, all I asked for was a medium hot coffee with pumpkin spice syrup. I got a previous order that I had from last time. Took coffee back and only received a large coffee. My order should’ve been free. Probably my last time at this place, why give them your order only to receive the wrong drink. Jeers to this place so disappointed ☹️

I was here when they first opened and it was amazing for that first year, in the last two months I’m not sure what happened but the staff is careless and slow. Not very friendly. Also messed up my order several times. I’m a daily visiter by the way, and my wait times have gone from 5-8 minutes to now I wait 15-30 minutes (yes… I have waited 30 minutes in that line that you can’t get out of)!
