The service was AMAZING!! 10/10! However I had enough points for a free drink and because I didn’t order on the app I was told I could not get the free drink. 5 stars for finally getting an app! I don't have to stress about what I'm getting in line! Drinks are always make just right!
I’m a huge 7Brew advocate but will not be back to the one in Texarkana. We were at the four states show and my wife ran up there to get us drinks. She was then asked “can I get your number, not for rewards purposes” by an employee. I cannot reach a manager, owner or corporate to try and handle the situation. Lack of local contact is not good 7brew.
