I wish you had a menu sign away from the order station. I was 7 cars in line and had to guess. I ordered a Smore iced small coffee. I received a vanilla coffee. Missed out on chocolate streaks, whipped cream and abundant taste. Didn't check coffee till on road. Alot of cars in line to go back. Darn.
i asked for a large ocean breeze with light ice and i had a buy one get one free coupon and i had reassured before i paid “ 2 large ocean breezes” she said yes and handed me 2 mediums full of ice and i asked if i had paid for mediums she said yes. it’s not a huge deal but i am now upset because i wasted my coupon and it was not my fault
I don’t know where all the workers are! They were the greatest. This place sucks now. They can’t make a drink AND they are not the nicest people either. I get one more eye roll and I’ll go back to scooters!!!
Can I give a 0 for service? 4 cars in each lane in front of me so a fairly low line for my location. 20 minutes in line and servicing 5 cars in the inside lane that came after I arrived. Still hadn't taken the order of the car in front of me either. I know that because they took the order 2 ahead of me then went back to the inside line. I left. May try in a few months because I have liked the coffee in the past. There's other coffee shops.
Not good. I asked for a 16oz white chocolate mocha. Please tell me why they handed me 32oz of what looked like chocolate milk. When I tried it sure tasted like chocolate milk with a bunch of syrup in it. Will not go back.
