There was a customer complaining and being extremely disrespectful to the employees but all of the employees handled it with patience, still smiled and told her to have a great day. Way to rise above the situation!
Service was friendly and seemingly competent. I described my order exactly which was 4 shots with two teaspoons of foam (a traditional macchiato). What I got was 4 shots with some kind of sweetened flavored foam. To get the order right I would’ve had to get back in the drive through line. Have 350 miles left on my trip I left.
