Service and drink was so so good!!! Owen was very kind and helped me find a smoothie. Ambiance was very cute as well!! Would definitely recommend
First time here & they rushed it! We're not friendly one bit. I just didnt know so much was offered here. Definitely dont suggest this location.
Sat at the front of the line for several minutes, only to be ignored and then skipped. The young man and woman there obviously care more about their social circles than they do about their customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t my only issue there; this is the first time I have decided to write a review. I only come to this specific store because it is conveniently located down the road from my house. However, if I want to get better customer service, I just go to the store on Milwaukee Ave.
I get this drink all the time it is saved in my favorites. Oatmilk blondie 1/4 sweet extra shot. First drink was way to sweet. I sent it back expecting them to fix it. All they did was give me back my same drink, and somehow it is even more sweet. The lady was like it's an easy fix. Ye right. An easy fix would be the owner firing yall and hiring people who actually listen to his or hers customers!!!
