2 of our 3 drinks weren’t correct…hot coffee was lukewarm and candy cane mocha was bland with very little flavoring. Unusual for 7 Brew

I'm going to start off by asking why isn't there a menu with pricing or anything listed before the workers come to take your order? Second I had the new Santa cookie iced latte and it was so disgusting I had to throw it out. Needed a good iced latte to get me thru the next hour or two because I'm taking my kids to the park. Then to top it off the guy barista when bringing our drinks rushed to give it to us he ended up hitting his hand pretty hard on the driver side mirror. Not up to the Arkansas standard. Staff was not friendly at all. Maybe my expectations for the experience are too high. Meh
Service was fine. But the coffee i had was terrible!! It was a Carmel machiatto and Just bad. Really bad. I would have rather had a black coffee from dunkin donuts. Not what I expected from a coffee shop. Won't go back and I don't recommend.
