I received a gift card for 7 Brew and decided to try it out. I have been here twice. The first time, I ordered iced coffee. I asked for suggestions and the employee told me just to order what I wanted. There was no menu up. I had no idea what they specialized in. Got an iced coffee with cold Foam. Half inch of cold Foam and melted into drink in seconds. 2nd time today, I ordered a hot Americano. Came out luke warm. I backed up and told them. I'm a frequent 7 Brew customer. Today I watched the gentleman at the register wipe his nose with his hands, then proceed to use a Kleenex and then hands the customer in front of me their drinks. 🤮 I said something and he went and washed his hands. But please 7 Brew educate your staff members. Germs go around especially as we're touching money and stuff, but that was beyond disgusting.
