Went here with some friends, as soon as I pulled up I got sideyed and laughed at by the entire staff in this place. Waited 20 minutes only for my drink to not be served and had to wait 5 more for an $8 drink that they asked for a tip for. Very rude and unprofessional, id rather go to McDonald’s Donald’s for a fraction of the price and food.
Addie was wonderful and very helpful. She had the best attitude even in the cold!
I came through the line and ordered the same drink that I always get and pulled off… Took a sip of my drink and instantly knew it was not the right one. Turned around and went back to 7Brew and went through the line again for them to remake my drink only to get the wrong drink again. I don’t know if it was because the barista brought out three of the same looking drink BOTH times and mixed them up or if they genuinely need more training.
