Sat in line for over 10 minutes had 3 cars in the other line order and get there dinks before I even pulled up. Was shown no customer service. I’ve experienced long wait times every time I have visited this location. I am at the Newark and Marion locations often and they are always courteous to customers and try there best to not keep the line moving by approaching cars in line and getting peoples orders while drinks are being made so that way the line is moving. I usually love 7 Brew, but the wait times have been terrible so I usually opt to go somewhere else. Waited in line for over 30 minutes, to get to the window and be ignored for another 10 minutes while the person with an iPad came out and took the other lane orders and the car behind us. No one acknowledged us waiting. Finally ordered and had to repeat ourselves 3 times because the music is so loud.
Drinks are usually always good, but the wait time at this location is insane. Every time we are here we wait over 25+ minutes to even order not of the time. I’ve been to a few other location that were extremely busy and have ordered and had drink 10-15min MAX. Sad because this is one of our fav spots but have to have a lot of extra time to stop.
