Came here on my lunch break and got a large latte. When I tried the coffee it tasted super super burnt, almost plastic-y just completely undrinkable. I've been here plenty of times and knew that wasn't normal for them. I even had my coworkers try it to make sure it wasn't a me problem. I tried calling the store since I wouldn't be able to return for a couple hours but couldn't reach anyone. Great coffee but terrible line management/service. I pulled up behind a van in the left lane while there was one car in the right the person was getting the order for. She then moved to the van in front of me, Great! While I was waiting and should have been next a new car pulled up in the right lane and she went to get there order before me.
