The girl that took my order was dope sweet and Funny no issues there. I got Carmel drink something quick. Not much of a coffee drinker… but really craved one.. so I ordered and received this pale “coffee”. Doesn’t take like coffee. It taste like water and a whole lot of milk. I mean the picture doesn’t do justice but the drink is basically milk and ice and pinch of Carmel. Is this normal here? Is the what everyone thinks coffee is? And for 6 dollars I could of bought a gallon of milks.

Customer service was quick and super nice. My iced blonde chiller was on point!!!
I come here every week & the service is usually great! However this morning was the complete opposite. My mom & I visited this establishment about 20 mins ago & the girl that took our order named Kera was very rude. We both ordered the same exact coffee & Kera told us 2 different prices so my mom nicely asked her why was there a price difference. The girl Kera instantly got mad & said “IDK, that’s just what the computer told me”, so my mom asked if she could look at the computer to see where the different amounts are coming ... read more
