Tried 7 Brew for the first time. Long line wasnt the issue, having somebody take your order and no menu available.

I love 7 Brew, but this evening Wednesday August 6th, I had the worst customer experience I have had anywhere in a long time. She started off with no hello or how are you but our drawer is closed, we have no decaf, and blender is shut down, do you still need something? I gave my order and paid with my card. As she brought my drink I explained "I understand you are having a bad day but smiling can help. Bad days happen but we are still customers and should not have to feel that."
