Super disappointed in the Sherwood Way location of 7 Brew today. I visit one of the locations here in town almost daily and my husband is there twice a day without fail somewhere between here and Big Spring. I always order the same thing- a Blondie Chiller with additional flavors. On occasion I will get one that seems like it is more air than anything but usually still tastes decent so I never complain. Absolutely unacceptable. @Lydia Ramirez I witnessed it too.I watched an employee (JD? JT? TJ?) picking their nose while handling customers’ payment cards. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional. If employees can’t follow basic hygiene standards, they shouldn’t be handling anything that belongs to customers. Management seriously needs to do better.

I always stop by coming from Del Rio love there coffee and always very good service.
