I like the coffee and the employees are always so nice and efficient. However when I came by the knickerbocker location today I noticed that the outdoor fans were not even on!! You can’t have your employees standing out there in the Texas heat without fans. Your employees work hard and provide excellent customer service. Please do better for them.
Staff is super friendly but they didn't fill up cappuccino cup all the way. It was half full and most of it was foam. I paid over $6 for half empty cup. This happened 2x this week.
So go a text messages about the Bogo Free Chiller any size from July20-July24, my husband and I went and was told it was buy one get one free??? I looked online and no where does it say you have to buy one get one free, so we paid $8+ for a large orange sherbet to get one free, again even when waiting in line the screen was advertising the special and it didn't even say buy one get one free.
