I waited for approximately 2-3 minutes. That is a very short wait time at most 7Brew locations. The only problem is I was the ONLY vehicle, pulled up right next to the open doors. The 5-6 employees inside, standing around and flirting with each other never looked my way or acknowledged me. The one person worker outside, walked around my vehicle to get his jacket from his car before going back inside and joining the gathering that was having a great time but definitely not serving coffee or customer service. Always was busy but they know how to move a line with great service with a smile
By far the worst 7 brew service location! I have never waited 40 minutes at any of the other several locations I’ve been to. Not to mention, the employees were not even just a little bit presentable. I strongly recommend management offer quality training!
