I placed an online order through the Seven Brew app and the ordering process was smooth, but things went downhill at pickup. When we pulled up to the front of the building where we were receiving our drinks, the first drink that we received was incorrectly labeled and missing a few modifications we requested and that were repeated back to us multiple times to make sure it was correct.
