Extremely slow moving with the new hires. You’ll be in line for at least 30 minutes and if you’re a regular and they have a promotion going- you can’t get your drink at all unless you want to wait multiple hours and use gallons of gas. The old crew was great, the new hires need a lot more training and the promotions are ridiculous for your regulars.
I visited 7 Brew twice yesterday while I was in town—once in the morning and again in the evening. Both times, I ordered a Sweet and Salty with an extra shot of espresso. Both times, I received what can only be described as a cup of sugar and milk with a whisper of coffee flavor. After the first visit, I accepted my loss, threw it away, and went on with my day.
