I can give -10 stars I would. This location is the slowest one I’ve ever been to and people are rude. Recommend going to any location, but this one. If you absolutely have to get something in this area, there are several Starbucks and Heine Brothers that you will get better service service
I would like to speak with some one in regards of the shelbyville rd location and the safety of a employee this morning, around 5:35 am (employee named ally) very professional young lady was working by herself with NO HELP AT ALL! Due to a staff member not showing up to work! There was cars wrapped around the building with this young lady taking orders and making drinks as a loyal customer I’m very disappointed and really felt bad for this young lady that held her own without help. This location is the actual worst. I’ve come here at least once a week for a long time, but I’m honestly never returning. They take an absurdly long time (~25 minutes per my last several visits) so hope you aren’t cutting it close getting to work, because you won’t make it. They’re repeatedly out of things that should never be out. This morning it was straws. How do you run out of straws? Send someone to go buy straws!!! Out of straws. Said they make drinks comparable to Starbucks. My caramel machiatto doesn't taste anything like Starbucks. They don't blend the espresso into the rest of the drink. Just sitting there floating on top. Did good to get 2 star rating. Caramel sitting n the bottom of the drink and since they had no straws, that's an here or will be when I'm finish drinking it or throw it away because it doesn't taste good at all.
