I have tried this location multiple times and the wait time is always ridiculous no matter what I order. There is also no customer service and they get my drink wrong EVERY single time!! They never repeat my order back to me and when I tell them the drink is wrong, there is always attitude given back.
I’ve gone 3 times, twice for chai, once for an energy drink. This place is as expensive as Starbucks or Dutch but the drinks aren’t as good, and if you get the chai without ice the glass is around half-full. $7 for a medium chai half-full glass is expensive, and you can get twice as much at Starbucks. The “friendly atmosphere” was the same service as anywhere else. If it was a little cheaper or drinks tasted better or had more quantity or the service was better I’d return.
I enjoy how the food feels both comforting and creative.
