Went December 7th to get my free Christmas ornament i got 2 drinks but had to pay twice because she didn't let me finish my 1 and only order so she put me down for 2 separate orders. I still didn't get my ornament she looked at me like I had the nerve to even ask and still proceeded to not give it to me. Thats what the issue kid's working no adults do better

This used to be my favorite place. I am no longer spending my money here, because the service is sub-par, and the drinks are never good anymore. The associates are more concerned with gossiping and chatting with each other as well as customers, which holds up the line. I don’t mind a quick chat, but waiting 10+ minutes just so someone can finish their conversation is ridiculous. You’re at work - take care of your customers.
