I just stopped by the 7Brew stand to get my usual order. I get to the cashier and she hands me two medium straws, I politely say, “can I get a large straw too please, I had one medium and one large drink”. I get an eye roll and sigh as she looks at her iPad and then says in a very short and rude voice, “no ma’am, you did not…you got 2 mediums”. Love getting my coffee at 7 Brew, the kids are friendly and very respectful. I enjoy my short time talking with the staff, the kids add life to the place.
