Waited in line for over an hour. I watched several customers jump the line. As I’m pulling to the cashier I see employees taking the Brew Doe signs away. After paying I was informed that they were out of them. Why take my money then tell me you are out of the promotional item. The two cars that cut the line got Brew Does but because I followed the rules I waited in the long line for nothing. As I left they were not informing people that they were out SMH
I got the Cocoa Butter latte as a Frappuccino, it was to die for my first time ever trying 7Brew which has been on the bucket list! I was not disappointed
I waited in that long line just to make it all the way to the register, For them to tell me that they don’t take $50 bills. What kind of business doesn’t take customers money? I can see if it was $100 bill but $50 come on now let’s be real. But not only that the manager was rude and also workers were smirking.
