I absolutely love this seven brew location. Almost every time I come the whole crew seems to be in a great mood. But I specifically want to call attention to the girl with purple hair. Now I have a in my opinion a complicated order that I have had an experience with some baristas getting a bit frustrated when I say the wrong thing or something and try to just rush through and get me out. We come here almost every day, have spent 75 buying gift cards to help your team. We have explained today 20 times how to make our drink light ice, do not fill the cup, we want the same amount of milk just less ice. We know the cup should have space. They informed us now we have to pay for light ice, even though we get nothing extra in the drink. We also went over we understand the cup won't be full. Love this place, their drinks are so good! My favorite is the blondie;) Shoutout to Lilah who was super friendly and nice! 10/10 customer service I’ll definitely be back!
