I asked for a drink, and it was mixed wrong. They made it again, and that one was not correct, I accepted the drink. My wife ordered a drink, and when she went to take a sip, the cover was loose, and it spilled down the front of her top.

I’m not sure the nicest way to say this but the girl handing us our drinks was not only more concerned with talking to Josh but was also openly asking him to join her in making fun of the next order coming in. I’m trying to be constructive here but to be completely disregarded like that was awful. I understand having those days but maybe don’t be on the drive-through if you don’t want to talk to customers.
