The brown hair girl is rude to her coworkers. I watched her make fun of her coworker. Her coworker looked so embarrassed. I tried to give them exact change and they still tried to round up.
The young man that helped us was very patient as we had a car full of people that were ordering.
I used to love 7Brew but everything about it has gone downhill lately. The car hops are slow to take your order, the orders are sometimes wrong, but the quality is the biggest issue. I ordered a large Frozen caramel macchiato and it was mostly froth, when I complained to the car hop I was told 'that's how it is' ... $8+ for a half a large cup is absolutely unacceptable! When I raised the issue on the website I got no response in any way. I won't be going back there anytime soon.
So much better than Starbucks
I was having the worst day ever & it was clear I had been crying pretty hard when I drove in yesterday at 9am. A young lady calmed me down & I had my whole world fall apart shortly before I came up to order. She stopped to help me and speak to me, asked me if I needed to pull up & she would come up to me. She took the time to make sure I was going to be ok and if I needed to talk to someone she would help me.
