Quick and friendly staff. This lock is always super busy so you may have a small delay. Coffee is great, nice variety of drinks!
It is a little sad that I’m only able to give this stand 3 stars as I used to go out of my way (legit drive from Springdale) for this stand. I am not sure what happened, but the quality and customer service has gone down greatly. I used to go every single weekday morning and add a tip to every single order. I was only the fourth person in line and I waited for 15 minutes for some reason they made my drink prior to making the people in front of me‘s drinks so when I was finally handed my beverage, it was completely melted. The staff acted like I was rushing them when I was asking questions on why it was taking so long and we’re extremely disrespectful and then gave me some side eyes and dirty looks when I decided not to tip.
