Honestly I had quit going to this location do to inconsistencies in the drinks. Even when it’s ordered the same, it never tasted the same. The customer service had gone downhill at this location and I was a semi-regular. When I went this last time, I got to talk to Rachel, a shit lead, and she apologized and had my drinks be made quickly and they actually tasted amazing. I was really excited. After that experience with her I’m going to give this location another chance. Thank you Rachel!!!
Waited around 30 minutes for service. Never got it and neither did the truck in front of us. We drove off, there were plenty of people standing around not helping.. wont be coming again
