Lauren, Hayle, Brianna, Ana, Elizabeth J, Lindsey, Shelby in the team are FANTASTIC and always so friendly with the order. I really appreciate them working hard and always with bright smile. Will be back soon with my next coffee order
Ordered a large vanilla latte with an extra shot and got hot water....didnt even taste like coffee.
There have been so many times I have been skipped in line and then had to wait while everyone who was behind me got their drinks. Today I got skipped in line and not only did they make me late for work by skipping me but I didn't get a drink because I didn't have any more time to wait. These kids need to be far more aware of who got there and when. I wasn't even compensated for their mistake. Probably won't be going back.
Literally takes almost 20 mins everytime I’m at this location I’ll get passed up in line on more then one occasion and only ever has one person taking orders while everyone’s huddled inside not very happy with this location. Harrodburg Rd is way better in Lexington.
