We have been sitting in the lines for a full 15 mins with cars getting out of line due to our line not moving. The workers are now coming up to windows asking people if they randomly ordered things which we did not order anything they have asked me about. This is the second time we have been through this location and probably our last time. Sorry Mid Riv
Can't recall what we got, wife does the ordering but the drinks were amazing. The guest service exceeded expectations. Received drinks quickly.
This 7brew is about 1 minute from my house, but I will purposefully drive 10 minutes out of my way to the Monticello Plaza location to get a hula energy. They never fail to give me a perfectly crispy drink, unlike the Mid Rivers location which only serves energy’s that taste like syrup water.
The Cottleville stand is the best stand anywhere hands-down! I am a frequent flyer and have found that this team not only makes great coffee but is friendly and loves to chat when there’s a little bit of a delay. I’m not a big fan of heavy ice so I ask for a light ice and they always accommodate that request. Had a super positive experience at Troy 7brew, but the service at the Cottleville location has made me immediately switch back to Scooters/Starbucks. I Went up there on saturday with a coupon sent by 7brew by mail. There was no fine print stating it works only at participating locations. The manager of this location refused to take our coupon and told us to drive up the road to the new location where it was backed up all the way to the highway.
