I don’t know if I always go when rude staff is working, but somehow it always ends up being a mean girl competition when I come by. It was a nice day so I thought maybe people would be in better moods, bad assumption on my part i guess. Staff also put two lids stuck together on my drink, when i got it, it split all over my car, it’s not that hard to grab another lid or peel the two stuck together a part, lid kept popping off all day.
I went to 7Brew on December 13th and ordered my coffee and purchased a GC to help out the store stay in the number 1 spot as per the guy taking my order. My payment went through but they said it didn't. The manager walked over all cocky with an attitude already. He told me well it didn't go through on my end. I said it's pending through my bank as I opened my bank app and showed him. He said nope it says pending so it didn't go through.
