I wish they played family friendly music, I have to blare my own so my children don't hear the music they're playing. The service is always top notch and for the most part the coffee is always good

The coffes and chillers NEVER come out the same we can order 2 of the exact same one will taste like trash.. I think if they followed the actual recipes and measurements it might be better! Also heads up the NEW rewards program sells your info to 3rd party's and puts beacon and a cookie on your phone thru your number. ( like why)! not worth the free drink imo! Reason for the 2 star is i do get the energy drinks made well.
