Apparently 25 mins until close gets you dead, cold shots poured out of a paper cup and not wanting to tom tom a drink. If I wanted that, I'd go to McDonald's!!
Order a large shake to try something new and get served a $9 chocolate water. Tell the guy that it’s extremely watery and get told to pull back around in line to get it remade. Not waiting 20+ mins to get something that should’ve been right the first time especially being such a simple order. And getting asked to select a dollar amount in the tip option is rude. Today was the third time in the last two months where it has taken well over 10+ minutes to get my drink, even with no line, because the employees are constantly talking to friends who drive through. At least 5 cars were behind me while we waited for the first car. They got their drink instantly, and then the employees chatted with them for over 10 minutes, making all the rest of us wait.
