Cute on TikTok, tragic in person Owners, please get the staff some help! Long lines, brewista skipped our lane for like 30 mins, and I still ended up with “drink surprise” . Some of the crew are total vibes and clearly grinding it out - others? MIA or have funky attitudes (maybe overworked, IDK). Love the drink concept — so many flavor combos — but hate the chaos and seeing the crew roasting in the South Florida sun. Getting off my soapbox. Found another location and the experience was way better.
