Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service I recently visited 7 Brews and had a very disappointing experience. My family ordered four drinks: a Medium Blondie, a Medium Mango Smoothie, a Medium Mango Colada, and a Medium Chai Tea. When they received the drinks the first time, they were made incorrectly, and to make matters worse, my husband found a hair in one of the drinks, which required us to send them back. Ava was the absolute best! She was super friendly and definitely Cultivating Kindness. Very happy with my experience at tons location and will 100% return whenever I am in the area!
Very friendly staff and pretty timely with making orders.
Everyone always takes great care of us here. The drinks are delicious. Make sure you bring your furry friends. They will get lots of love and pup cups. Today D took care of me. My drinks were made correctly, and he was friendly and welcoming.
